Athena outage during scheduled maintenance Nov. 18-20

Athena will be unavailable from 5:00pm on Nov. 18 through 5:00pm on Nov. 20.

As part of a regular maintenance schedule to ensure consistent and reliable service for our users, Athena and other services associated with Banner will be down from 5:00pm on Friday, Nov. 18 through 5:00pm on Sunday, Nov. 20.

All users, including students, faculty and staff, will be unable to log in and access Athena and the following associated systems during the maintenance window: Athena, Banner Administrative, INB and UC4.

Please plan in advance if you need to access one or more of these systems. Reports from Banner services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Updates about this maintenance will posted on the UGA Systems Status website.

Any changes related to this maintenance will be communicated on the Status website. After this maintenance, please report issues to the EITS Help Desk at 706-542-3106 or helpdesk@uga.edu.
