When members of the ConnectUGA project team were assembled two years ago, they were well aware of the arduous yet coordinated effort that lay ahead to implement the largest information technology system ever at the University of Georgia.
Registration for fall semester 2014 classes in the new student information system Athena begins April 11. Students should check their UGA email accounts this week for information regarding fall 2014 course registration.

For the last two years, more than 150 UGA personnel engaged with the ConnectUGA Project have been working to implement Athena, a new student information system that will replace multiple, 30 year-old database systems, including OASIS, that students, faculty and staff use to access and process student information.
The next ConnectUGA Project Open Forum will be held on November 13, 8:30-9:30am, in the Tate Student Center Theater for all ConnectUGA project participants.

topics include an update from Undergraduate Admissions and course scheduler training for Banner.
